Programme of the event:

• Most important appointments:
• Team Captain Meeting - Technical Briefing (Tuesday 10 March 2026 at 18:00/18:30 - Salle de la Chaudanne, Arêches-Beaufort): the participation of at least one coach/one athlete/one representative person of each participating nation in the ISMF WCH LDT is highly recommended. There will be the distribution of bibs for the first 5 women’s teams and 10 men’s teams on the podium, so these athletes must be present. The list of these athletes will be provided later on.
• Award Ceremony (Saturday 14 March 2026 at 17:00 in Beaufort): please note that the presence in person of the athletes who should be awarded is compulsory.

Participation requirements:

• Compulsory ISMF Elite Licence (Licence A)
• Valid medical certificate (to be sent to the LOC at the moment of the registration)
• Copy of valid insurance for security (to be sent to the LOC at the moment of the registration), if not present already in the national licence
• National licence, if present/any

Registration fee:

• Team (2 athletes): 1400,00 €.
• It includes (for each athlete): organisation, security and assistance services during the event + full board accommodation from Tuesday 10 March 2026 (evening) to Saturday 14 March 2026 (including lunch meal).
• Additional information regarding accommodation: the meeting point for the teams for the equipment control will be on Tuesday 10 March from 10:00 to 18:00 at the Chaudanne room in Arêches. Teams will receive information about accommodation at that moment. The LOC will gather athletes from the same nationality in the same hotels.
• The coaches can either ask the LOC (info.pierramenta@gmail.com) or select the accommodation of their choice. It is possible to rent a chalet with the athletes. The LOC will provide a negotiated price in this case.

Registration & payment:

• Registration at Coureurs - Pierra Menta
• The registration payment will be processed after 15 February 2026 only once the LOC has reviewed and assessed all the documents submitted at the time of registration.
• ATTENTION!!! - Teams must also be registered through ISMF Intranet by the respective ISMF National Member. No further payment will be required on this platform. When registration is made, as usual, the payment page will open. It is necessary to close this page without proceeding to pay.
• Registration period: The registration process is open until 31 January 2026 through the registration link mentioned above. Only for ISMF athletes the registration is possible until 4 February 2026. Athletes who register between 1 and 4 February 2026 may do so by sending an email to info.pierramenta@gmail.com and valeria.ponzo@ismf-ski.org, indicating their first name, last name, nationality, date of birth, ISMF licence number, and by submitting the documents listed in the above paragraph “Participation requirements”.

Teams’ composition:

• The team must be composed of athletes of the same nationality and gender.
• Substitution & Composition of the teams: The final composition of the teams should be communicated on the WhatsApp group named “ISMF WCH LDT / Pierra Menta – National Teams” (to be created soon) no later than Monday 9 March 2026 at 14:00 CET. On that occasion, substitutions will be accepted, while extra/additional teams will not be allowed. After the deadline mentioned above, no further changes will be possible.

Quotas (as per ISMF Rules & Guidelines 2025/26, white version – art. 23.3.1.):

• 4 teams Senior M per nation
• 4 teams Senior W per nation
• Bonus granted by the ISMF WCH LDT of last season as follows:
• France for Women
• Italy for Men
