Helena Euringer’s love for ski mountaineering began in her childhood, growing up active and inspired by her parents and her skimo idols. Drawn to the challenge of pushing her limits in the mountains, she quickly developed a passion for the sport and a drive to compete at the highest level.
Her proudest achievements so far include winning the Youth World Cup, earning two medals in her first U18 Youth World Cup, and aiming for the 2026 Olympics and top-20 finishes in the Senior World Cup. Her career hasn’t been without challenges—an injury in 2024 tested her resilience, but her fight back demonstrated her determination and revealed her true potential.
A typical day for Helena combines training and school, starting with a good breakfast, followed by a morning training session, classes, lunch, afternoon training, and schoolwork before sleep. Mentally, she focuses on past achievements to build confidence and trust in her performance.
Off the slopes, Helena enjoys music, spending time with friends, and—humorously—often forgets to water her plants.
For the upcoming season, Helena aims to medal at the Youth World Championships, reach the Olympic semifinals, and maintain top-20 World Cup standings while continuing to collect Youth World Cup medals. She hopes to inspire others by showing that discipline and hard work can coexist with fun and enjoyment in sport.
To her fans, Helena says: “I hope I entertain you well :)”
